A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking with us.
Shows will take place at the scheduled time regardless of guest presence. We book multiple shows per day and it is imperative that we maintain our prompt schedule. Thank you for your cooperation.
At this time, we do not travel more than 15 miles from The Learning Zoo for off-site events (roughly encompassing Willis, Spring, Magnolia, Cut N Shoot, and all areas in between). Please let us know the address of your party when booking, so we can give you an accurate quote.
Due to the nature of working with live animals, we cannot guarantee that specific animals will be available on the day of the event. Substitutions will be made to try and give you the closest possible equivalent (EXP: bringing a carpet python if our reticulated python is not available that day).
